PLEASE Read the following policies before placing an order! We are not responsible for you not reading this page!

Minimums

 

Apparel Printing:  Due to the setup process, we have a minimum of 24 pieces per design for apparel printing. As long as the artwork remains the same, you can mix and match different garment styles to make up the 24 piece minimum.

Paper Printing:  Because there are so many variables, paper printing minimums & pricing is calculated on a job to job basis. Please Fill out the "Request A Quote" form for a quote on your paper printing job.


Turn-around Time

 

Standard turn-around time is 4-6 business days AFTER art approval unless special services are required (see SPECIAL SERVICES). We will send a digital proof via email. We will not print a job without written approval.  Once the artwork is approved you will be given a pick-up date. If you need your order before the pick-up date there will be a rush fee applied (see RUSH ORDERS) Orders being shipped will add 1-3 business days to turn-around time.


Payment Terms

50% deposit is due upfront for screen printing. The remainder is due at time of pick-up.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, BTC, and cash. Call or mail in payment.


Rush Orders

Orders needed sooner than the standard turn around time are subject to a rush fee. Turn around time begins upon final art approval and once deposit is paid.  See below for the rush fee percentage breakdown. Orders being shipped will also be charged the expedited shipping fee. 

3 Days- 20%

2 Days- 35%

Next Day- 50%


Artwork

For the screen printing process, we need a fully vectored Adobe Illustrator file. If you do not have an AI file, send a high resolution *.JPG file. An art fee may be added if conversion takes longer than 30 minutes.

If you have a design idea but not the artist ability to complete it, let us help you!! We love bringing designs together and are thrilled to work with our customers. Contact us to discuss the process and get an estimate on design fee.


Social Sharing

We love sharing our work with others! We photograph and post pictures of all of the orders that come through our shop. Your work is our portfolio and we love sharing it. However, if you are at all uncomfortable with us photographing or sharing your order on social media and/or our website, please let us know! 


Cancellation

Orders Cancelled 3 or more days after being placed are subject to a Cancellation fee. This will come out of the 50% deposit to cover the restocking fees from our suppliers.We are unable to cancel orders once production is started.


Returns/Refunds

We strive to make sure every customer is happy with their finished product. This is why we send a detailed digital proof/mock-up before running every job. While we do not accept returns, if we have messed up a job we will reprint it within 10 business days.
